EULA - End User License Agreement

You may use the fully functional Shareware Version of the software for a period of 60-days time,
if you have not registered after 60 days, certain functions of this software will be disabled, you
may continue to use this software in its partially disabled form for as long as you wish.
You may make exact copies of the Shareware Version of the software, give exact copies to anyone,
and distribute exact copies via electronic means.

You are granted a limited license to use, copy, and distribute InferenceTrade V1.3, provided the
following conditions are met:

1. InferenceTrade may NOT be distributed in a modified form, all copies must be exact and must
include this and all other documentation.

2. No fee may be charged for distributing InferenceTrade, except for actual distribution costs
incurred.

3. Your paid registration Code Number may not be distributed.

4. You have read, understood, and accepted the InferenceTrade Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation
of Liability agreement

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT:

InferenceTrade IS SUPPLIED AS IS. USE IT ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER,
THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE,
OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY ASSOCIATED WRITTEN MATERIALS IN TERMS

PERFORMANCE OF ANY TRADING SYSTEM EITHER PRESENT OR DEVELOPED IN InferenceTrade MAY NOT BE
INDICATIVE OF ITS FUTURE PERFORMANCE. USE OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED VIA InferenceTrade
IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR SPECIFICALLY DENIES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY
